A Guide to Your Goals

Health and wellness has always been close to my heart. No pun intended as I was born with two congenital heart defects. I learned from and early age that taking care of my body was essential for my well-being as I grew and aged. That love for learning about my own health and wellness grew in to wanting to help others. I decided to study exercise and sport science because movement was a big part of this. I wanted to learn how the body worked in relation to exercise and sport. This accompanied obtaining my personal and group exercise certifications as a jumping off point to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. As I worked more in wellness settings, I began to realize that preventative care is the most important form of medicine. If we can get ahead of our health, we are sure to set ourselves up for success. However, it's not always that simple. We are all human and sometimes need a little extra guidance to matter where we are in our wellness journey. This is where I want to enter the chat in your life. Let me be the source of guidance that you need to set goals, smash them, and achieve the well life that you deserve.
